 One of Damar's core competencies is in technical coatings.
Damar has sold or has formulations for most coating types including decorative, protective, industrial and specialty. Our own focus in this area is on road-marking paints and various coatings used in the timber, construction and paper industries.
In addition to coatings Damar also manufactures various paint related products and accessories such as filler and putties.
Damar's laboratory facilities are state-of-the-art with ISO accreditation's and ISO signatories, staffed by paint and research chemists capable of formulating and developing coatings for virtually any purpose.

Damar is a member of the Colour Guild (the global paint & colour authority). Color Guild is comprised of more than 55 independent paint manufacturers from 14 different countries and is dedicated to the marketing, promotion and selling of paint products. www.colorguild.com
Damar also belongs to the Coatings Research Group, Inc. An international association of paint and coatings manufacturers dedicated to the benefits of shared research and development. Guild CPO is another extremely valuable membership that Damar Holds. Guild CPO is an international purchasing cooperative comprised of manufacturers and quality suppliers. Guild CPO's members manufacture products in architectural paints, industrial coatings, adhesives, construction materials caulks, sealants, plastics and other related industries. The Guild provides cooperative purchasing services for its member companies to improve their profitability. For Damar it means global purchasing power enabling it to buy raw materials at competitive prices.
